Shipping
•Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
•Shipping rates within the Netherlands:
•€5.95 for orders under €100.
•Free shipping for orders over €100.
•Shipping partners: PostNL,DPD (depending on the fastest available option).
•Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Time
•Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from the date of shipping.
•Delivery times may be delayed during holidays or busy periods.
Return and Exchange Policy
•If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
•Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original labels intact.
•For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products (such as opened nail polishes, oils, etc.) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the products have been used.
How to Return an Item
1.Contact us by email at service@enaila.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.
2.Pack the product securely in the original or suitable packaging.
3.Send the parcel to the following address:

4.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the received product was incorrect or defective.
Return Confirmation
•Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
