Due to the nature of our products (small metal nail drill bits for professional use), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards.

1. Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, all drill bits are non-returnable once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

• This policy applies even if the item is unused, as we cannot guarantee sterile resale.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that:

• Your order arrives damaged in transit, or

• You receive an incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@enaila.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the item is:

• Proven defective before use, or

• Incorrect due to our error

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

4. Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
